Joy Drop Collective (Community Outreach Serving Group)

The Joy Drop Collective [JDC] is a group of volunteers committed to supporting families in local housing complexes experiencing food insecurity. Each drop day our team supports the practical need for food while meeting the spiritual needs of our neighbors with holistic Jesus-centered ministry, prayer, and scripture.

The JDC completes this commitment through collaboration with support from faith-based non-profits, church partners, and community partners.

The struggle of our neighbors is real. Through this ministry, we have discovered a large underserved population in Palatine and surrounding towns. The concentration of help needed follows the Lake/Cook County line. The JDC serves 65-80 families twice a month!
